Chocolate Chip Banana Mug Cake

- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons banana, mashed
- 2 1/2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Using a microwave safe mug, add flour, sugar, banana, sour cream, baking powder, and vanilla and mix with a fork or a small whisk.
- Add chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds.
- Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
Note: Mash the banana first before measuring the 2 tablespoons, it helps keep the batter even. You want to mash the banana until there are virtually no chunks.
