Happy Halloween!! Today’s the day dedicated to costumes, trick-or-treating, and fun, fun, fun. Before everyone rushes out the door for bags of sweet, sweet candy and other Halloween fun, here’s a quick and easy snack that the whole family will love.
Pumpkin Pie Dip really tastes like pumpkin pie, but it takes only five minutes to make. Simply combine the six ingredients – pumpkin puree, yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice – and let your fridge do the rest. After 30 minutes the flavours combine into a simply delicious treat. Bing, bang, boom! You have one amazing dip.
Serve Pumpkin Pie Dip with graham crackers, apple slices, or even carrots. My favourite is graham crackers. When you spread some Pumpkin Pie Dip on a graham cracker, it really tastes like pumpkin pie. The cracker becomes the crust and the dip becomes the luscious, creamy middle. Yum! Pumpkin Pie Dip is also amazing with apple slices and carrots. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with this dip.
We’ve been devouring Pumpkin Pie Dip over the last few days. Everyone from my two-year-old daughter to our friends and family has been loving every bite of it.
Pumpkin Pie Dip may look a little tropical, but all the leaves in the pictures above (the red and the green ones) were found in our backyard. My two-year-old daughter and me had a lot of fun hunting for them one afternoon.
