The avocados give the mousse a perfectly silky texture, making this skinny, sweet dessert a real crowd pleaser. No one will believe that there are avocados in this treat. Somehow the avocado flavour is masked by the cocoa powder. Together they create a truly amazing mousse.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse is the perfect balance of rich, chocolate, and sweet flavour. Each bite is perfectly chocolatey, without being overly sweet.
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
