Hi! I ordered the 11×13 size. How do I print it at Office Depot or Staples? Will they do a custom print? Whenever I upload the picture it automatically re-sizes to an 8 1/2×11 size. Thank you!

Hi Sheri! Customers have printed their gifts at Walmart, Costco, and other stores that print images on photo paper. You can ask the company where you are uploading the picture why it is resizing. The image is designed to be 11×13.

We are surprising my dad (he is a pastor) this weekend with a birthday party celebrating his 60th birthday. I had family and church members write down what they love about him. I’ve downloaded the template in Dropbox but Photoshop doesn’t “see it,” so I can’t use it. I’m using an iPad. Could that be the problem? Also, what size frame did you use/how big is the design?

Love this!! My brother and I are making this for my mom’s birthday in a couple of days. We have it personalized from your download, but we are wanting to print it out in a 16×20 format to fit in a 16×20 frame. I was going to have it printed (at Walgreens or something) as a matte poster to put in a frame. Do you think this will work?
Will it print just fine in 16×20 format even though the format you said it’s in is 11×13?
What is the best kind of paper to have it printed on? And do you recommend matte or glossy if it’s going to be behind a frame?

Thanks Christa! 60 Things We {Love} About You is available in 11×13, 16×20 and 24×36. I have never tried printing a 16×20 print from an 11×13 image. I prefer printing on matte, but it’s a personal preference. Hope you mother enjoys the gift!

This is a great idea! Question for you….I downloaded the font for the heart. How do you actually make the hearts when typing in photoshop?. Does that make sense? Probably a stupid question! :)

You look like Lady Mary from Downton Abbey, ( if you’ve been following Downton in January on PBS, that is) Happy 60th to your mom :) For my 60th (February 2) I took a running jump off a mountain in Cape Town, S. Africa, tethered to my tandem paragliding pilot! We flew over the ocean and landed on the grassy area along the esplanade. Whoo-hoo, what an amazing experience!
