I love avocados, like seriously love avocados. Mashed, baked or tossed in a sandwich, avocados are amazingly tasty. Taste aside, avocados are super healthy. They’re packed with vitamins and nutrients – like vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin E, and vitamin C as well as copper, folate, and pantothenic acid. Avocados are filled with healthy fats and fibre, which helps to keep you healthy and even lose weight. Wow, talk about one healthy fruit.

Avocado Salmon Salad Roll Ups are the perfect combination of avocados and canned salmon. When these two flavours combine, it turns your everyday salmon salad into a spectacularly flavoured salmon salad.

Avocados perfectly replace mayonnaise in a classic salmon salad. It adds flavour, richness and a certain creaminess that every salmon salad needs. Adding in a hard boiled egg, red onions, dill, and lemon creates a creamy, flavourful salad that’s perfectly light and tasty. You can enjoy it on its own, in a sandwich, or in a roll up.

Roll ups are a fun, tasty way to serve lunch. It has a party, finger food feel, but Avocado Salmon Salad Roll Ups are actually healthy. You can make them with any 10-inch tortillas. Use white, whole wheat, or whole grain tortillas, this adaptable recipe can be made any which way.

First, you’ll want to mash together all of the ingredients. Seriously, this couldn’t be any easier. Add salmon, avocado, egg, red onion,  lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Mash them together until they have that creamy, salmon salad consistency.

Next, you’ll want to evenly spread the avocado salmon salad across the tortillas. The more evenly placed the salad is, the more even the finished roll ups will appear. Carefully roll the tortillas and cut them into 1-inch pieces. Place the cut roll ups on a dish and you are ready to serve.
