- 1 (8 ounce) can of salmon, drained
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 (10-inch) tortillas
- Mash together salmon, avocados, egg, lemon and dill in a bowl.
- Stir in onions.
- Eat it on its own, in a sandwich, or in a roll up.
- To make the roll up, evenly spread salmon salad on two tortillas. Roll up tortillas and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
