Healthy, guacamole inspired tuna salad made with creamy avocados, red onions, lime, cilantro and roasted red peppers.
I love avocados, like seriously love avocados. Mashed, baked or tossed in a sandwich, avocados are amazingly tasty. Taste aside, avocados are super healthy. They’re packed with vitamins and nutrients – like vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin E, and vitamin C as well as copper, folate, pantothenic acid and dietary fibre. Avocados are filled with healthy fats and fibre, which helps to keep you healthy and even lose weight. Wow, talk about one healthy fruit.

Avocado Tuna Salad is the perfect combination of avocados and canned tuna. When these two flavours combine, it turns your everyday tuna salad into a spectacularly flavoured tuna salad.
Give your tuna salad a new boost of flavour. Avocados perfectly replace mayonnaise in a classic tuna salad. It adds flavour, richness and a certain creaminess that every tuna salad needs. Adding in red onions, lime and cilantro, creates a slight Mexican guacamole flavour. While roasted red peppers add a distinctive charred flavour, making this one unforgettable tuna salad.
