Win raves from the lunch crowd with this tuna salad recipe. By replacing mayonnaise with avocados, you add vitamins, nutrients and a rich, amazing flavour. Combining it with onions, red peppers, lime and cilantro, creates an almost guacamole tasting tuna sandwich. Yum!
