Banana Berry Smoothie Pops is a sweet way to enjoy some healthy vitamins. Filled with banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and milk, you can lick your fruits and feel like you’re drinking dessert.

The creamy base begins with a banana. It makes the popsicle incredibly creamy without adding an overly banana flavour. Bananas are also full of fiber, antioxidants, and they’re heart healthy too.

Berries add a tasty, undeniable sweetness. It perfectly balances the banana flavour and adds a wonderful taste that any berry fan will enjoy. Berries are also super healthy. They can boost your heart health, lower blood pressure, and they’re also great for your hair and skin.

Next, comes vanilla Greek yogurt. It enhances the banana’s texture and adds a wonderful vanilla flavour. Plus, Greek yogurt is high in protein and it’s full of good-for-you bacteria. If you don’t have Greek yogurt, you can use regular (non-Greek) varieties. Your popsicle will simply be a little less creamy, which can be delicious too.

Finally, add in a classic smoothie favourite, milk, and you have a creamy and refreshing popsicle that you can enjoy all summer long.

If waiting for the popsicle to freeze seems like a long time, you’ll love that this recipe makes a generous amount. So, while you’re waiting for your Banana Berry Smoothie Pops to freeze, you can sip a tasty smoothie. Two recipes in one! Isn’t that perfect!

I never thought to turn a smoothie into a popsicle, but I like that these have enough protein to help keep you full – not just a snack that will leave you hungry 15 minutes later! Thanks for sharing these at Fiesta Friday!

I’m pretty sure that these will make me a happy mommy (or grandma as the case may be). My grand kids are going to love these, but so am I, and I’m thinking that my adult children that are still at home will be pretty excited about them too. This hot weather makes smoothie pops taste so good! Thank you for sharing at Foodie Friday.

These look great, my kids used to love just frozen orange juice but then as they suck on them they are lft with just water, these look much better and healthier too I think.
