Banana Berry Smoothie Pops may taste like a decadent and creamy treat, but it’s actually made with healthy ingredients. The creamy base is made up of three simple ingredients: banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, and milk. And the mixed berries add a tasty and sweet pop of flavour.
Banana Berry Smoothie Pops is a sweet way to enjoy some healthy vitamins. Filled with banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and milk, you can lick your fruits and feel like you’re drinking dessert.
The creamy base begins with a banana. It makes the popsicle incredibly creamy without adding an overly banana flavour. Bananas are also full of fiber, antioxidants, and they’re heart healthy too.
Berries add a tasty, undeniable sweetness. It perfectly balances the banana flavour and adds a wonderful taste that any berry fan will enjoy. Berries are also super healthy. They can boost your heart health, lower blood pressure, and they’re also great for your hair and skin.
Next, comes vanilla Greek yogurt. It enhances the banana’s texture and adds a wonderful vanilla flavour. Plus, Greek yogurt is high in protein and it’s full of good-for-you bacteria. If you don’t have Greek yogurt, you can use regular (non-Greek) varieties. Your popsicle will simply be a little less creamy, which can be delicious too.
