Berry Spinach Smoothie is a sweet way to enjoy some healthy vitamins. Filled with spinach, berries, milk, yogurt, and banana, you can sip your fruits and veggies, and feel like you’re drinking dessert.
Being a leafy green vegetable, spinach is super healthy. Plus it’s high in calcium, potassium, and vitamin C. You can enjoy all the healthy benefits of spinach, without any of the flavour. Once it’s combined with the other smoothie ingredients, it simply adds a fun green colour, without any spinachy taste.
Berries add a tasty, undeniable sweetness that any berry fan will enjoy. Mixed berries are also super healthy. They can boost your heart health, lower blood pressure, and they’re also great for your hair and skin.
