Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 4 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Coat non-stick baking pan (8 x 8) with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a smaller bowl combine apple sauce, eggs, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture.
  5. Gently stir in marshmallows and butterscotch chips.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into 12 bars.
