The combination of Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, milk, garlic, oregano, Dijon mustard and dill creates a rich, perfectly flavoured Greek salad dressing. Using Greek yogurt for Greek salad is simply perfect. Not only is yogurt rich and naturally creamy, it seamlessly replaces cream, mayonnaise or oil in classic Greek salad dressings.

The remainder of the ingredients create that undeniable Greek style flavours. Red wine vinegar beautifully complements the rich yogurt texture and adds a light tart taste. Milk helps to thin the dressing while adding to the dressing’s creaminess. The combination of garlic, oregano and dill add a spice profile that often flavours Greek cuisine. Finally, Dijon mustard adds a pop of flavour that rounds out the rest of the dressing.

Thanks, this sounds good. Usually anything Greek has olives, which automatically makes it a no-no for me. I’m always looking for things low-cal and I am getting so tired of balsamic vinaigrette.
