Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug Cake is also a healthier cake. Unlike other cookie cakes, this cake is made without butter, cream, oil, or egg. Instead, it is given its rich texture from a combination of milk and Greek Yogurt. It’s so tasty. You won’t believe that it’s actually a healthier cake. I promise!!

How to Make Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug Cake

It’s baking time! Find your favorite microwave-safe mug or ramekin. It is going to be filled with a sweet treat. Add flour, sugar, milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Stir it all together before mixing in the chocolate chips. Since it’s made without egg, you can lick the spoon or fork clean. It’s one of the best parts!

Now all that’s left is popping it in the microwave to cook. If you are cooking in a smaller mug or ramekin, you may want to place a piece of paper towel underneath. If anything cooks over the edge, cleanup is much easier.

Since all microwaves are different, I recommend that you start by cooking it on high for 1 minute. Continue to cook it for 10 seconds at a time until it is ready. You’ll know it’s finished when the top appears firm and a toothpick comes out clean.

Finally, it’s time to eat!! Enjoy!
