4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4cup soy sauce
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
In a small bowl, combine combine soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ground ginger, and sesame seeds (optional) to make sauce.
Place chicken breasts on a parchment covered baking sheet, evenly cover with sauce.
Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
