Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

SERVE WITH: 4 hamburger buns or lettuce wraps.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS: lettuce, tomato, cheddar/swiss cheese, onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
  2. Divide into four portions and form each one into a patty shape. Gently press your thumb in the middle of the patty to make a small dimple. This will help the burger cook more evenly.
  3. Store burgers in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
  4. In a large pan over medium heat, add non-stick cooking spray and cook burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
