Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 2 lemons, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to make dill spice mixture.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover with dill spice mixture. Gently rub the spices into the salmon, covering the top and sides.
  4. Top each fillet with two slices of lemon.
  5. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
