  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add pumpkin puree and vegetable broth. Mix to combine.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  3. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, all spice, cloves, and salt. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add more salt to taste.
  5. Serve and top with pumpkin seeds.
