Easy Peanut Chicken (5 Ingredients Recipe)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, and garlic powder to make peanut sauce.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a parchment covered baking sheet, cover with peanut sauce. And reserve extra for serving.
  4. Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Top with extra sauce. Let the chicken rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.


If you want to add some more heat, add 1⁄8 to 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the peanut sauce.
