You don’t need to add any oil to this fish dish. When salmon is baked right – at a high temperature for a short time – it has enough of its own natural oils to stay perfectly moist and delicious. After about 10 minutes in the oven, Garlic Herb Baked Salmon should begin to flake easily with a fork. If you prefer a more well-done fillet, bake it for another minute or two. Either way, within no time, dinner is served!

The simple marinade is so easy to throw together. With a mix of a few ingredients, you can create one crowd-pleasing meal. To make the cleanup a little easier, I like to marinade the fish in the container it comes it.
After slicing the salmon into pieces, you can place the salmon back in its store-bought container and pour the marinade on top. Once the marinade covers all of the fish, you can seal the container with plastic wrap and let the marinade do its magic. Within 20 minutes, the flavours immerse through the salmon, creating a wonderfully even flavour.
