Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper to make pineapple sauce.
  3. Place chicken on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with the pineapple sauce.
  4. Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For more flavor, marinate your chicken for 30 minutes before baking.
