- 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, mustard, and honey.
- Place salmon on a parchment covered baking sheet. Spoon mixture evenly over salmon.
- Bake salmon for 7 to 10 minutes. Then broil for 2 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
