Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt to make honey mustard sauce.
  3. Place salmon on a parchment covered baking sheet. Spoon honey mustard sauce evenly over salmon, covering top and sides.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
