The combination of soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, vegetable stock, and ginger gives this salmon a really distinct and tasty flavour. The ingredients meld together into a perfectly balanced sauce that is truly a crowd pleaser.
I love serving Honey Orange Baked Salmon on a bed of raw spinach. The heat from the salmon lightly cooks the spinach and it effortlessly enhances the flavour of the sauce and the salmon. If spinach isn’t your thing, Honey Orange Baked Salmon also tastes amazing with brown or white rice (that’s how my husband prefers it).
If there are any leftovers, Honey Orange Baked Salmon still tastes amazing the next day. Enjoy it hot or cold, your family will love this quick and easy meal.

Looks lovely. How would the sauce work on chicken?
Thanks Jules! I haven’t tried it with chicken, but I’m sure it will be great. Try marinating the chicken for two hours before baking. Let me know how it turns out.
