Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic (or onion powder), lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with lemon and herb mixture.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Plate and enjoy!
