Mango Frozen Yogurt is a sweet way to enjoy some healthy vitamins. Filled with yogurt, mango, lime, and honey, you can lick your fruits and feel like you’re enjoying a decadent dessert.

The creamy base begins with Greek yogurt. It’s high in protein and full of good-for-you bacteria. If you don’t have Greek yogurt, you can use regular (non-Greek) varieties. Your frozen yogurt will simply be a little less creamy. Mango is sweet, creamy, and packed with a daily dose of vitamin C. It’s also great for your skin and hair. Like Mango, lime is wonderful for your hair, skin, eyes, and it can even boost your immune system.

The light tart taste balances the sweet and creamy mango flavour. Taste aside, lime is also really healthy. It’s amazing for your skin, digestion, and even your eyes.

Finally, honey adds some healthy sweetness and makes the frozen yogurt more scoopable. It helps the frozen yogurt freeze without any white crystals. Honey is also super healthy. It’s an antioxidant, can strengthen your immune system, and it’s a probiotic.
