The combination of sweet and earthy flavours make this paradise-worthy smoothie a break from the everyday. While the greenish hue may seem like it’s all mint, there’s actually a little hidden spinach in this refreshing smoothie drink.

You won’t even taste the spinach in Mango Mint Smoothie. All you’ll taste is the wonderful flavours of mint and mango with a fragrant and fruity mix.

Mango Mint Smoothie is a sweet way to enjoy some healthy vitamins. It’s filled with spinach, berries, mango, yogurt, banana, mint, and orange. You can sip your fruits and veggies, and feel like you’re drinking dessert. Mango is sweet, creamy, and packed with a daily dose of vitamin C. Plus, it’s great for your skin and hair.

Mint adds a true pop of flavour. The refreshing taste balances the sweet and creamy mango flavour. Taste aside, mint is also really healthy. It’s amazing for your digestion and it’s also incredibly calming. No wonder it’s a perfect summer flavour.

Being a leafy green vegetable, spinach is super healthy. Plus it’s high in calcium, potassium, and vitamin C. You can enjoy all the healthy benefits of spinach without any of the flavour. Once it’s combined with the other smoothie ingredients, it simply adds a fun green colour, without any spinachy taste.

Berries add a tasty, undeniable sweetness that any berry fan will enjoy. Mixed berries are also super healthy. They can boost your heart health, lower blood pressure, and they’re also great for your hair and skin.

Next, comes vanilla Greek yogurt. It adds a wonderful vanilla flavour. Plus, Greek yogurt is high in protein and it’s full of good-for-you bacteria.

To add a little good-for-you sweetness, orange juice is also thrown into the mix. Orange juice is not only super tasty, it’s also super healthy. It can boost your immune system, reduce the signs of aging, and even protects you from cancer.

The wonderful flavour finishes off with banana. It makes the smoothie incredibly creamy without adding an overly banana flavour. Bananas are also full of fiber, antioxidants, and they’re heart-healthy too. When it’s all blended together, Mango Mint Smoothie is seriously YUM!
