  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, and oregano, to make the maple mustard sauce.
  2. Place chicken thighs on a plate and evenly cover with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and chicken to the pan. Sear the chicken 4 minutes per side.
  4. Add sauce to the skillet. Toss the chicken in the sauce to coat well. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 4 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
