  • 1/2 cup pistachio, shelled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and parsley to make maple sauce.
  3. Place salmon on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with maple sauce. Top with pistachios.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
