Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional)
  • 4 to 5 drops yellow food colouring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Add oil.
  2. Microwave on high in 10-second intervals. Mix and continue microwaving for 10 seconds at a time until all marshmallows are melted. The marshmallows will be really sticky.
  3. Carefully add food colouring to marshmallows. Add 4 to 5 drops of colour. You can add more until it is the desired colour.
  4. Add powdered sugar and cornstarch to a plate. Mix to combine. If your Marshmallow Sunshine Slime is still a little sticky, add more powdered sugar and cornstarch until your slime is smooth and not sticky.
  5. Drop marshmallow mixture onto a plate. Mix into sugar mixture until marshmallow is not sticky and easy to handle. There may be extra sugar mixture left on the plate.
  6. Mix in sprinkles to add some texture and colour.
  7. Have fun!
