Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and you are ready to add your pancake mix to mini muffins tins.
After eight minutes in the oven, your Maple Mini Muffin Pancakes are ready!! What makes these pancakes extra special is that there is maple syrup on the inside and you can dip (or dunk) them in some extra syrup for the outside.
Now, I’m not talking about fake syrup. I’m talking about the real, pure maple syrup, the one that is tapped straight from the sap of maple trees. It’s collected every year in early spring, making it perfect for this time of year. Happy Spring!!
If you’ve never had real maple syrup, you have to try it. It tastes a million times better than the artificial version. Real maple syrup is what makes Maple Mini Muffin Pancakes a perfect breakfast treat any time of the day.
