How to Make Mint Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
Let’s get minty! Find your favorite mug or ramekin. It is about to be filled with a yummy mini cake. First, mash up your avocado. You’ll want to get your measurements from it when it’s mashed. Plus, it’s easier to mix all the ingredients once the avocado is mashed.
Next, add flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, mint extract, and vanilla extra. Stir it together before mixing in the chocolate chips. Since it’s made without egg, you can lick the spoon or fork clean. I always do. It’s just so yummy!
Now it’s time to bake. In less than 2 minutes it will be ready. Since all microwaves are different, I recommend that you start by cooking it on high for 1 minute. Continue to cook it for 10 seconds at a time until it is ready. You’ll know it’s finished when the top appears firm on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
Finally, it’s the best step. Eat and enjoy!!
