Asian-inspired salmon, baked to perfection. Miso Glazed Salmon has a wonderful combination of sweet and salty flavours. Made with only four ingredients, this is a quick and easy dinner that’s sure to please.

Units Scale
  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine miso, soy sauce, brown sugar and maple syrup.
  3. Place salmon on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with miso glaze. Top with chives.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Plate and enjoy!
