Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean beef or plant based veggie ground
  • 3 cups marinara or tomato sauce
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 5 cups shell noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, cook beef for 5 to 6 minutes, until no longer pink. Or, if using plant based veggie ground, break apart and cook for 2 to 3, until heated through.
  2. Add sauce, broth, and noodles. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 12 to 17 minutes. Cook until noodles are al dente.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
