  • 1 pound salmon, fillets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sriracha sauce to make honey sriracha sauce.
  2. Add grapeseed oil to a large pan over medium high heat. Place salmon, skin-side up in the pan, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. With a spatula, turn the fish over and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add honey sriracha sauce to the pan. It should start to simmer and thicken. As the sauce cooks, spoon it over the salmon.
  4. Cook salmon for 1 to 2 minutes, until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).


  • For a less version, use half of the sriracha sauce. And for a spicier dish, double the sriracha sauce.
  • Instead of cooking in a pan, you can bake the salmon at 425°F (230°C) for 10 minutes.
