Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, and salt to make spice mix.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a parchment covered baking sheet, cover evenly with oil. Cover top, bottom, and sides of chicken with spice mix.
  4. Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
