Love the taste of pumpkin pie? Pumpkin Pie Dip is a quick and easy way to enjoy all the wonderful, autumn flavours of pumpkin pie. This low fat dip is truly delicious. It’s a great treat for everyone in the family.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well-blended.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
