If you love rich and creamy chocolate desserts, this is the treat for you. Chocolate Avocado Mousse takes less than five minutes to prepare, but you can enjoy it for much longer. Quick, easy, and chocolatey – this is one crave-worthy dessert!

When you talk about favourite foods, what’s at the top of your list? Is it something savoury? Or maybe something sweet? For me, it’s chocolate. Not just any chocolate – it has to be creamy, rich, and melt in your mouth chocolate.
While I could probably devour something chocolate every day, I’m always looking for a healthier way to eat it. Whether it’s in a smoothie, fruit dip, muffin, or brownie, there are just so many ways to eat chocolate.

With a rich chocolate flavour, Chocolate Avocado Mousse is must try for chocolate fans. Each mouthful is a creamy, decadent dream. Your taste buds will scream yum, but you’ll be happy to know it’s actually healthy too. Seriously, this dessert is healthy!

Chocolate Avocado Mousse tastes like it’s made with thick, rich cream. Instead, it’s a combination of avocado, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Chocolate Avocado Mousse checks all the boxes – tasty, healthy, and oh so easy to make.
If you have 5 minutes, you have enough time to make Chocolate Avocado Mousse. You don’t need to worry about melting chocolate, whipping cream, or using gelatin. This mousse is so easy to make, it almost makes itself. All you have to do is toss the ingredients in a food processor, let it set, and you are done. As my almost 5-year-old daughter loves to say, “Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy!”

If you haven’t cooked with avocado before, this dessert is the place to start. You don’t need to be an avocado fan to love this dessert. It doesn’t even taste like avocado. They are simply added for creaminess.
The avocados give the mousse a perfectly silky texture, making this skinny, sweet dessert a real crowd pleaser. The combination of Greek yogurt and avocado create a healthy cream-like consistency. No one will believe that there are avocados in this treat. The avocado flavour is masked by the cocoa powder, making Chocolate Avocado Mousse the perfect balance of rich, chocolatey, and lightly sweet. You just need to taste this.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse can be enjoyed right away as a pudding or as a mousse. After letting it rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours, the pudding consistency turns into a mousse one. Either way, Chocolate Avocado Mousse is one tasty dessert.
Whenever I make this treat, I enjoy it both ways. I lick the spoon clean as a pudding. Then I patiently wait for it to thicken into a creamy mousse. Some desserts are worth waiting for.

I love chocolate avocado mousse, as you say it’s creamy and delicious and chocolate-y and for those of us who can’t have typical choc mousse it’s a great substitute!! I use coconut cream instead of yoghurt as I can’t have dairy, and it’s amazing!!
This looks awesome. Will be trying it this weekend! Just told tell my wife and kids there’s avocado in there!
