1 bunch asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable broth
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place asparagus in a single layer on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Toss asparagus with garlic, ginger, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds.
Plate asparagus when done. Drizzle with soy glaze.
