- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
- In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper to make adobo sauce.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with adobo sauce.
