Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper to make adobo sauce.
  3. Place chicken on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with adobo sauce.
  4. Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
