Roasted Red Pepper Guacamole

Enjoy this fresh, tasty version of a favourite party-friendly dip. With avocados, roasted red peppers, red onions, lime juice and cilantro, this guacamole has a creamy, charred flavour with a gentle, tasty zing.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3/4 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Mash together avocados, lime juice, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Stir in onion, red peppers and cilantro.
  3. Enjoy!
