When I was in high school, I discovered a love for smoothies. I’d whip up a new variety every morning and I’d even make them for my friends. They were always a hit.

Back then, I called them good morning smoothies. Today, they are delicious anytime smoothies. They are such a hit in our house, my four-year-old daughter loves whenever I whip one up.
