  • 1 (12-ounce) package Italian-style sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved (approximately 10 potatoes)
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. To prepare brussels sprouts, slice off the ends and remove any discolored or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half from the flat base to the top.
  3. Place potatoes, and brussels sprouts on a parchment covered baking sheet. Evenly drizzle with oil and season with garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Add sausage to the pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
