Deliciously creamy chocolate treat that’s ready in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy the triple dose of chocolate flavor that’s so easy to make, you can bake it in your microwave.

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. In a microwave-safe mug, add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add maple syrup, yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Mix with a fork or a small whisk.
  3. Add chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Continue to cook for 10-second intervals until finished. You will know it’s cooked when the top is firm and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. To make the frosting, combine avocado with cocoa powder and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and there are no more avocado clumps.
  6. Let the brownie cool for a few minutes before eating. Top with chocolate frosting and some berries.
