Take a big bite out of fall with Skinny Pumpkin Spice Muffins. You can taste the pumpkin patch, the apple orchard, the crisp weather, and the brightly coloured leaves. Each bite bursts with delicious pumpkin-flavoured batter, heightened by the combination of cinnamon and allspice.
Allspice may be my favourite fall spice. With a mix of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, you could rename it fall spice. It’s just that perfect. Adding just a teaspoon of it, Skinny Pumpkin Spice Muffins makes these muffins a truly perfect fall flavoured treat. Yum!

While vacationing with the family up north for the weekend, I wanted to give everyone some comfort food. So, I got into baking mode and made a batch of Skinny Pumpkin Spice Muffins. When they were gone before lunch, I knew I found a hit! (Yes, they’re that good!!)
The first time I baked Skinny Pumpkin Spice Muffins they were light, moist and truly tasty. Each bite had a unified texture, flavour, and taste. Every little bit was perfectly delicious.
To kick it up a notch, I added raisins the next time. Wow! The flavour was even better. When raisins are mixed throughout the pumpkin spice batter, they add a burst of sweet, fruit flavour.
The kids had other ideas. They thought that the first version, without the raisins, was better. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
Skinny Pumpkin Spice Muffins are always tasty! You may just need to make a couple of batches. That way, you can make everyone happy!
