Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic, onion, and salt to make smoky spice mix.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a parchment covered baking sheet, cover evenly with oil. Cover top, bottom, and sides of chicken with smoky spice mix.
  4. Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.

  • To safety eat chicken, cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
