Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon, fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dill weed, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make smoky dill rub.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover with smoky dill rub. Gently rub the spices into the salmon, covering the top and the sides. Top each fillet with two lemon slices.
  4. Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. (View Notes section below for cooking temperature).
  5. Plate and enjoy!
