2cups all-purpose flour
1/2cup granulated sugar
1/2cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/3cup apple sauce
3 tablespoons egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped and tossed in 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C).
Coat non-stick loaf pan (9 x 5) with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a smaller bowl, combine yogurt, milk, apple sauce, egg whites and vanilla. Mix in strawberries covered with flour.
Add to baking pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
