Just thinking about it now is making me hungry. All the baked cheese and noodles with sauce, it was amazing. Seriously, amazing!
But it was also so much work. You needed to boil the noodles, make the ricotta cheese mixture and add the ingredients layer by layer. I’m sure it was a labor of love for my mom, but it was also super time consuming. And a lot of work.

Super Easy Cheese Ravioli Lasagna takes 30 minutes to bake. For the first 15 minutes, you will want to bake it covered with tin foil. This helps keep the lasagna moist and stops it from drying out while cooking. And you want your lasagna to be saucy and cheesy.
Then, for the last 15 minutes of baking, you uncover the casserole. When it’s uncovered, the mozzarella and parmesan cheese topping melts, and browns – giving it a perfectly cheesy crust. Yum!

How to Make Super Easy Cheese Ravioli Lasagna
This tasty meal is as easy as it is delicious. And it’s made in only 4 simple steps and using only 4 delicious ingredients. How perfect is that!
STEP 1: PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F (230°C)
If you don’t usually bake your casserole at 425°F, you are going to love it. When it cooks at a higher temperature, you get your dinner to the table faster and when the top layer of cheese is baking, it gets a delicious lightly browned cooked top.
Step 2: Assemble the Lasagna
Grab a 9×13 casserole dish because it’s time to throw together some super easy comfort food. There are only two pasta layers for this lasagna and it comes together really quickly. So, let’s get started.
Add marinara sauce to the bottom of the casserole dish. This does two very important things. First, it flavors the lasagna from the bottom up, giving it a moist and delicious flavor. And it helps to prevent the lasagna from sticking to the bottom. You don’t want a lasagna that’s stuck in the casserole dish.
Now, it’s time to add the ravioli. Add a single layer of ravioli to the casserole dish, slightly overlapping. When the ravioli is slightly overlapping at the edges, it makes it like one, casserole-size piece of pasta. Yum!
Then comes more sauce and cheese. So, you add a layer of marinara sauce and then some mozzarella cheese.
Finally, it’s time for the last layer of ravioli. Again, you can add the ravioli as a single, sightly overlapping layer. Top it with a marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
That last bit of parmesan cheese is like the cheese icing on this delicious lasagna casserole cake. It’s a super cheesy comfort food dish.
Step 3: Cover and Bake
To help keep the lasagna perfectly moist, cover it with tin foil for the first 15 minutes while baking. During the last 15 minutes, remove the foil to give the top a lightly crunchy, cheesy crust. When it’s all done, Super Easy Cheese Ravioli Lasagna will have a perfect cheesy crust on top and cheesy and saucy in the middle.

Step 4: Rest and Serve
You may be tempted to eat the lasagna as soon as it comes out of the oven. But you’ll want to let it rest for a bit – at least 5 to 10 minutes.
If you cut into the lasagna too soon, the layers will begin to fall apart and it won’t hold together like a lasagna should. Plus, it’s too hot to eat when it comes fresh out of the oven.
After 10 minutes, serve and enjoy the lasagna. It’s one delicious dish!
