Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt, red pepper flakes, and pepper to make the Tuscan sauce.
  3. Place chicken on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with adobo sauce.
  4. Bake chicken for 20 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For more flavor, marinate your chicken for 30 minutes before baking.
