5 cups apples, diced (5 apples)
1 cup water
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (divided)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
In a medium bowl, combine apples, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Add apples to pressure cooker. Cover with water,
Spoon oat mixture on top.
Bake on high for 8 minutes.
Let sit for a couple minutes before using a quick release.
