Ingredients

  • 5 cups apples, diced (5 apples)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine apples, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  3. Add apples to pressure cooker. Cover with water,
  4. Spoon oat mixture on top.
  5. Bake on high for 8 minutes.
  6. Let sit for a couple minutes before using a quick release.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
