If you love deceptively healthy, crowd-pleasing dips, you need to try Warm Ricotta Cheese Dip. It’s so easy to make, this dip should really be called Easy Warm Ricotta Cheese Dip. With only 5 minutes, you can throw everything together and let your oven do the rest.
It’s really as simple as mix, bake and you’re done! I even mix it all right in the baking dish. So there’s less of a cleanup. Who doesn’t love that?

Ricotta cheese dips are velvety by nature. Combining it with egg whites creates a light, airiness, like in a soufflé. Adding in fresh parsley, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, and red pepper flakes enhances the overall flavour, creating a subtle, cheesy taste. With a finishing drizzle of good olive oil, this dip is sure to impress.

In the pictures above and below, you’ll see that I served Warm Ricotta Cheese Dip with crisp baguette crackers. It would also be wonderful with any plain or toasted cracker or your favourite veggie. Try it with carrots, bell peppers, cucumber or even broccoli.

Hello want to try this. But not sure about egg whites. Do we add whites just like that or whipped egg whites ?
Thanks
I recommend using regular egg whites from a carton. You can also separate the egg yolk and the whites when cracking an egg.
I can eat Ricotta Cheese out of the container with a spoon, when I stumbled upon this Recipe I knew I was going to make it this week. Heading to the Grocery Store tomorrow, I’ve checked out many of your Recipes & I will be giving many of them a try. My Husband and Son are always the first to try out a recipe before I serve it to the rest of my Family. Thank you for having a great site, looking forward to seeing more.

Can i mix everything together in the morning and then pop it in the oven when we go to friends house?
I’ve never prepared it ahead of time. It’s worth trying. Let me know how it turns out.
